If this is your first visit to our website, we would like to welcome you and introduce ourselves. Thunder and Lighting Concert Productions is made up of several companies including two (2) recording studios. Our Mastering Studio is located in Clayton, NC, and the recording studiio is located in Cary, NC. Both studios are digital and use both Pro Tools and Cubase Pro that are both recognized worldwide as the leaders in digital technology for recording and mastering.

We have our own publishing company and record label and our staff consists of the best studio engineers, producers, arrangers and songwriters you will find anywhere in the music business and all of them are professional musician themselves.

Thunder & Lighting Concert Productions was started in 1995 to provide promotors of professional concerts the sound reinforcement and lighting equipment needed to assist them in putting on their shows. We also provide all the engineers and technical staff required to work the shows, i.e. out-front sound engineers and technicians, on-stage monitor engineers and technicians, lighting designers and engineers and riggers. Today however, we stay so busy in our studios that we mostly promote our own shows with the local and regional artists that we work with.

The owner of Thunder & Lighting Concert Productions, Don Christopher Kassay, was a professional drummer from 1972 until his semi-retirement in 1995 when he started Thunder & Lighting Concert Productions and Thunder Studios. You can see a partial list of the musicians Thunder & Lighting Concert Productions has worked with by clicking on CLIENTS on the main menu.
